AllChinaBuy Deals: Check Coupon Terms and Compare the Full Cost
A coupon headline is not the amount you save. First establish which charge is eligible, whether your order meets the conditions and what the checkout actually applies.
This independent guide provides a comparison method, not a list of verified active codes. Use it with the coupon terms and cost worksheet. Keep quoted, confirmed and unknown amounts separate.
Compare the same order with and without the offer
Use the same items, quantities, currency, destination and parcel assumptions. Otherwise a lower total may reflect a different order rather than a discount.
1. Record the offer source
Save the official offer page or the account message that describes the promotion. Record the code if one exists, the date checked and the relevant conditions.
A third-party post can point you to an offer, but it does not establish that the promotion still applies. Recheck at the source before relying on it.
Leave eligibility Unknown if the terms cannot be found or understood. Do not publish an untested code as active.
2. Identify the eligible charge
Write whether the offer applies to item cost, a service charge, a shipping charge or another stated component. Record any minimum spend and which costs count toward that threshold.
Keep the percentage, fixed reduction, maximum saving, expiry and excluded options in separate fields. Record currency and the time zone if the source gives one.
Do not apply a shipping coupon to the whole basket unless the actual terms say it works that way.
3. Check the order conditions
Compare the account, item, route, destination and payment conditions stated in the offer with your actual order. Some fields may not apply; record Not applicable with a reason rather than leaving an ambiguous blank.
If an offer depends on a new-user condition, a particular route or a selected item category, verify that condition in the official service. This guide does not establish your account's eligibility.
Do not add unnecessary items merely to make a percentage look attractive. Compare the resulting total against the order you originally intended.
4. Build a cost breakdown
Keep item subtotal, domestic delivery, service charges, international shipping and other known charges on separate lines. Record the source and date of each amount.
List unconfirmed taxes or duties as Unknown. A known subtotal is not a complete landed cost while required charges are missing.
Use one currency for a comparison. If conversion is necessary, record the exchange rate, date and any conversion fees used rather than mixing raw amounts.
5. Work through a capped-discount example
Illustrative terms: 10% off an eligible shipping charge, with a maximum reduction of 20 currency units. If the eligible charge is 150, the reduction is 15. If it is 300, the cap limits the reduction to 20.
Suppose other known charges are 100 and eligible shipping is 150. The known subtotal after the sample discount is 100 + 150 − 15 = 235. Any unknown taxes still remain outside that subtotal.
These are invented numbers for explaining the calculation, not an active AllChinaBuy offer or a shipping quote.
6. Do not assume offers can be combined
Record the stacking rule when the terms provide one. If two offers cannot be combined, calculate each permitted scenario separately using the same order.
Do not subtract both a percentage and a fixed code simply because both appear on a third-party coupon page. A proposed combination is unverified until the service accepts it under the stated conditions.
Keep an offer scenario separate from the confirmed checkout result so your worksheet does not turn a hypothesis into a claimed saving.
7. Verify the checkout result
Record the discount line actually displayed, the affected charge and the final known total. Preserve the date and a reference that allows you to check it later.
If the result differs from your calculation, compare the eligible amount, cap, exclusions, currency and minimum spend. Leave the reason unresolved if the source does not explain it.
Do not complete a payment solely to test a promotion. An unpaid checkout observation is different from a settled transaction and should be labelled accordingly.
8. Keep changes and refunds separate
When an order changes, recalculate the relevant scenario from the new quantities and charges. Preserve the previous version instead of silently replacing the original comparison.
Record an expected refund, approved refund and received refund as different states. Check the provider's actual terms for the order; do not assume every fee or promotion is refundable.
For a public example, remove personal account and order details. Show the assumptions, calculation and missing amounts clearly enough that a reader can reproduce the arithmetic.
AllChinaBuy coupon comparison questions
Is a bigger percentage always better?
No. The eligible charge, cap, conditions and remaining costs determine the saving for the same order.
Can I count an untested code as a discount?
No. Keep it as an unverified scenario until the terms and displayed checkout result support it.
What should I do with unknown taxes?
Show them as unknown and label your result a known subtotal rather than a complete landed cost.
Does this page verify a current coupon?
No. It explains how to check an offer and calculate comparable totals.

Cost and coupon evidence while current terms cannot be checked
Checked 1 October 2026 (UTC+8). The AllChinaBuy official homepage currently shows a maintenance notice. Its old English forwarding guide did not provide current guidance in this check. This worksheet has no verified active coupon, live shipping quote, or account-specific eligibility to report.
Separate arithmetic from an available offer
A discount calculator can explain a formula while the real offer remains unverified. Keep the official terms source, eligible charge, threshold, expiry and time zone, cap, currency, and checkout reduction as separate evidence fields. An inaccessible terms page is Unknown; it does not justify a zero fee or an assumed discount.
A same-basket example with an unresolved coupon
Illustrative arithmetic only: goods 100, domestic delivery 5, international shipping 30, and other known charges 5 total 140 in one currency. A hypothetical 10% shipping reduction capped at 2 would make the known-cost subtotal 138. With no checked eligible coupon and no checkout reduction, retain 140 as the undiscounted known-cost subtotal and label the saving Unverified. Destination charges remain Unknown, so neither number is a complete landed-cost quote.
Store Quoted, Displayed at checkout, Paid, and Refunded amounts as separate dated states. Do not overwrite a payment record with a new estimate or treat a refund as guaranteed. The official notice supports only the observed service interruption; it establishes no price or recovery date. Use the coupon and landed-cost worksheet, then verify account-specific terms before payment.
